Senior Year Is When Everything Comes Together

Students are finalizing college lists, writing essays, managing deadlines, and making decisions that shape their next chapter. Our work during this phase is often curatorial in nature — helping students refine the story they are presenting, identify and address gaps, manage milestones, and ensure that every component reflects the best of who they are and who they are becoming.

The result: a thoughtful application portfolio, a manageable process, and a student prepared to make confident enrollment decisions.

Who This Program Is For

The Senior Application Strategy program is designed for students entering 12th grade who want high-touch, individualized guidance throughout the entire application cycle — from May before senior year through enrollment decisions in spring.

Senior year moves quickly. Applications, essays, deadlines, financial decisions, and admissions responses arrive within months. Structured guidance helps students manage multiple applications and timelines, refine their personal narrative, present their experiences thoughtfully, and evaluate admissions and financial decisions with confidence.

Application Year Timeline

Engagement begins in May before senior year and continues through April — covering the full application cycle.

May – June: Application Planning & Essay Brainstorming

Finalize the college list. Begin curating the application story. Identify the themes, experiences, and ideas that will define the personal narrative. Start essay brainstorming.

Summer: Essay Development & List Refinement

Draft and refine personal essays. Develop supplemental essay strategies for each institution. Refine the final college list based on evolving research and priorities.

Fall: Application Submission & Deadlines

Manage Early Decision, Early Action, and Regular Decision deadlines. Review and polish all application components. Submit applications with confidence.

Winter – Spring: Admissions Decisions & Enrollment Strategy

Evaluate admissions decisions and financial aid awards. Navigate waitlists and appeals. Make the final enrollment decision from a place of clarity and confidence.
