The Senior Application Strategy program provides high-touch, individualized guidance throughout the entire application cycle — from the summer before senior year through enrollment decisions in spring.
Our work during this phase is often curatorial in nature — helping students refine the story they are presenting, identify and address gaps, manage deadlines and milestones, and ensure that every component reflects the best of who they are and who they are becoming.
This is not a service. It is a partnership — sustained, responsive, and built around your student's specific goals, voice, and list.
Senior Year Timeline
Application Planning + Essay Brainstorming
Establish the application strategy. Begin essay brainstorming and identify the student's core narrative threads before summer begins.
Essay Development + List Refinement
Draft and refine the primary application essay. Finalize the college list with strategic balance across reach, target, and likely schools.
Application Submission + Deadlines
Manage Early Decision, Early Action, and Regular Decision timelines. Complete supplemental essays. Submit applications with confidence.
Admissions Decisions + Enrollment Strategy
Navigate decisions, evaluate financial aid awards, and support the family through the final enrollment choice.

Student Strategy Sessions (24 sessions)

Caregiver Strategy Session (45 min)
- Understanding the college list and application strategy
- Defining success for your family at this stage

- Supporting your student through the emotional arc of senior year
Unlimited Engagement
- Continuous access to your assigned counselor from May through April
- Responsive support for decisions, questions, and pivots
- Guidance through waitlist management if applicable
